Mark has spent 25 years working in and with marketing agencies in every discipline you can think of. He’s a new business expert but also very knowledgeable in how to structure and grow companies.
His passion for people, empathy, vulnerability and the psychology of sales is a huge driver. He has spent his career opening doors, building relationships and increasing revenue for hundreds of agencies. As a trainer, public speaker, writer and mentor Mark has also been able to coach these soft and crucial skills to enable a much more natural approach to business development and customer service. Those projects have included sales, language and behaviour training projects in Lloyds Banking Group, o2 Retail and ODEON Cinemas as well as proposition work for Apple Music and Apple iTunes.
Mark has a strong network of like-minded contacts on both the agency and client side of the industry and has produced many Blogs and run Business Development Masterclasses for the AAR (Advertising Agency Register) and BIMA (Digital). He also regularly speaks publicly about the de-stigmatisation of mental Health in business, having been a publisher in the Huffington Post, Management Today and The Marketing Donut.
