Visit Jersey launches 'Love Winter' campaign with Oi

In support of Visit Jersey’s long-term strategy of attracting more visitors to Jersey in the shoulder months, Oi’s “Love Winter” campaign for Visit Jersey launched at the start of January.
At a time when seasonal travel trends are shifting and we see more UK based individuals opting for destinations closer to home, the timing of the campaign couldn’t be more perfect.
The big campaign idea, to turn winter’s bad reputation on its head and encourage people to “Love Winter” on our beautiful island is already seeing positive engagement from prospective visitors on social media. Loving winter in Jersey is all about embracing the elements, where the fresh sea air invigorates your soul and effectively blows away the cobwebs ready for the year ahead, and who can deny that Jersey’s seasonally changing coast is beautiful all year round.
The campaign video filmed over 48 hours features local models enjoying the island break from both a Windchaser’s and Rainwatcher’s perspective. Whether you want to get out in the open and breathe in the fresh Jersey air or wrap up warm in one of Jersey’s unique holiday lets the campaign video shows how winter in Jersey can accommodate either preference.
