This month Visit Jersey released their 2017 annual report, announcing the best year in a decade for staying visitors.
Tourism receipts from Jersey’s 727,000 visitors were equivalent to £2,400 for each man, woman and child in Jersey.
Visit Jersey’s CEO, Keith Beecham, thanked their suppliers and partners in helping make a difference and vowed to continue to build a sustainable and vibrant visitor economy.
The detailed report shows an increase in first time visitors of 52% and total visitors by 5% above the 2016 figures.
In the report’s introduction Senator Lyndon Farnham talks of Visit Jersey’s strongest year in a decade and highlights the world-class seasonal marketing campaigns.

We have gone on to produce award-winning campaigns recognised by the Chartered Institute of Marketing for Marketing Excellence as well as creating the most viewed social media video in Visit Jersey’s history.
