Continuing our bi-monthly campaign production for Close Finance, Oi have created another engaging integrated digital campaign, this time with a focus on their range of motor finance options.
The primary approach for this campaign was the use of digital media, strategically placed inline with the prospective customers decision making process. Research showed that consumers in the market for a new vehicle often start their search online, this reinforced the strategic decision to focus on digital mediums and put Close Finance at the forefront of consumers minds from the very beginning of their journey to a new set of wheels.
We set the wheels in motion with messaging that reinforced the companies expertise in lending for this purpose, Close Brothers Motor Finance in the UK have extensive history and knowledge of this sector and Close Finance CI work closely with their group partners to ensure that they are inline with providing the best service and options available in this market.
This allowed us to establish Close Finance as the experts in motor finance in comparison to other local lenders, the bold headline statement “Motor Finance, Expertly Handled” was reinforced with further details of how Close Finance CI achieve this on a dedicated campaign landing page. The campaign call to action encourages islanders to consult their chosen dealer for a Close Finance quote, or to speak to them directly via their website or town office.
For the campaigns point of sale a selection of strong imagery was used for posters and light boxes in the town centre offices in both islands. The image selection focuses on the relatable and emotional connection of purchasing a new vehicle and links with the campaign message by showing customers response to the service offered - smiles all round.
To support the campaign messaging further editorial was produced following an interview with Close Finance CI’s Business Development Manager detailing the approach they take when handling customers requirements. An email campaign was also developed for their database of prospective and current customers, all working towards reinforcing their positioning as experts in the motor finance industry.
