As part of Visit Jersey's "How do you want to feel?" autumn campaign a follow-up email journey was created to emphasise the Jersey offering to prospective visitors.

An inspirational email journey

A short quiz on the campaign's landing page segmented the audience by how they wanted to feel on their island break. They were then served content dependent on their quiz results offering island break options around feeling relaxed, revitalised or re-connected.

An inspirational email journey

The follow-up emails contained an option to share the competition with friends and family via email, Facebook or WhatsApp bringing new prospective visitors into the email journey. People who had signed up were then sent monthly emails at the start of September, October and November detailing various activities to do on-island at that time of the year alongside travel and accommodation offers.
