Taking over social
1st Recruitment approached Oi to look at new ways to increase candidate applications via their digital channels. With 1st having limited internal resources Oi took control of their social media strategy, starting with a Facebook content plan.
The plan included relevant and helpful content around recruitment, competitions, fun posts on job satisfaction and the odd post talking about 1st's service offering - keeping to the 80/20 rule of fun / sales content. The competitions worked on increasing the company's social following which has enlarged the pool of people available to market organically through their Facebook page content.
